Complete 1 minute of the following exercises…….
Tree pose (30 secs each leg)
Forearm to hand planks
Pike on Swing
Bridging with leg press on swing (bridge up and do 5 presses, bridge down and then repeat for 1 minute)
REPEAT 2 MORE ROUNDS
