An athlete is only as strong as his or her core.   This workout focuses on strengthening the core and improving balance, critical for injury prevention and optimal performance!

Complete 1 minute of the following exercises…….

Tree pose (30 secs each leg)

TREE POSE

Forearm to hand planks

Plank Jacks

In-and-outs

Pike on Swing

Bridging with leg press on swing  (bridge up and do 5 presses, bridge down and then repeat for 1 minute)

REPEAT 2 MORE ROUNDS
