NEEDED: Train tracks 

Today’s workout is all legs and cardio!

Standard Running warm-up and then….

Run 100 slats down/back

20 squat lifts with R leg on rail/20 left leg

1 minute toe taps on rail

50 High knees on slats and back

30 Squat jumps onto the rail

30 calf raises on rail

50 sideways high knees down and back

Walking lunges 50 slats down and back

REPEAT 3-5 TIMES
