Sometimes the things you love to do the most take the most work to enjoy.  That’s called a grind.  So is this set, outside, somewhere on Earth.

Start a timer. At the top of every minute do:

1 push up

1 squat jump

1 sit up

For the rest of the minute. REST

THEN: Do 2 reps of all three exercises and rest for the remainder of the minute.  Continue until you can’t complete all of the reps in any given minute.

THEN: Take a 3 minute break and start over.

Do this 3 total times!

Enjoy that GRIND!
