Monday’s are Lunch break workouts, guaranteed to take 20 minutes or less.  This is also a great road trip workout, rest stops always have a ton of benches and picnic tables!

BENCH WARMER

NEEDED: 

All you need for this one are a bunch of picnic tables or park benches.  Ideally  8-10 tables/benches that are spread out quite a bit.

Standard strength warm-up and then…..

Set a stopwatch for 20 minutes and then at each table complete 10 of the following, sprinting between tables:

  • Box jumps or Step-ups each leg
  • Decline push-ups
  • Dips with R. leg up, dips L leg up (10 each)
  • Seated reverse crunches

REPEAT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU CAN BEFORE YOUR TIME IS UP!
