STANDARD WARM-UPS: 

Complete one of these 10 minute warm-ups prior to every DOW:

Standard Running warm-up:
Knee hugs 50 meters
Walk on toes 50 meters
Walk on heels 50 meters
25 arm circles both directions
jog 50 meters
Walking lunges 50 meters
High knees 50 meters
Butt Kickers 50 meters
Side slide 50 meters (both sides)
REPEAT 1 MORE TIME

Standard Strength warm-up: 
10 air squats
10 arm-circles
10 sit-ups
Jog 1 minute
10 step forward lunges (each side)
10 pushups
REPEAT 2 MORE TIMES
